Before You Pay

We will explain the relevant fee, payment schedule and cancellation terms before enrolment. Please ask every question you have before making a payment.

Requesting a Cancellation or Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, contact us on WhatsApp or phone at +91 78580 23518 with the student’s name, payment reference and reason for the request. We will review the request and share the outcome in writing.

Processing

Where a refund is approved, it is sent to the original payment method or another verified method agreed with the payer. Payment-provider processing times may apply.

Programme Changes

If Bihar Super 30 cancels a paid programme before it begins, affected families will be offered a suitable alternative or a refund of the amount paid for that programme.
